Thank you for helping to make Northwood’s fundraiser a success! Below are resources and frequently asked questions to help you collect or submit donations for this year’s fundraiser.
What are the ways to donate?
- Buy Event Tickets and attend the event!
Visit the Event page to RSVP and Pay for your Ticket. The event ticket includes dinner, dessert, and 2 beverages. Plan to attend and enjoy the fun evening even if you don’t plan to bid on the auction items. - Donate an item or service for the Silent or Live Auctions
If you have an item or service that you would like to donate (or know someone who does), complete the donation form and arrange for the item to be collected before the event. You can provide a flyer and business cards to promote your business at our Exhibition table during the event. - Purchase an Item for A Class Basket

Make a monetary donation to the school through event sponsorships. Select your level of sponsorship and complete a donation form for your monetary donation. Donations can be provided to the front office of the school, or through the PayPal code on the Donate page.
What is included with each level of sponsorship?
ITEM/SERVICE DONATION
- Flyer/product/business card display alongside item bidding area and/or on exhibition table.
SILVER SPONSOR ($100-$499)
- Recognition in the event program and website
- Flyer/product/business card display on Exhibition table
- Half screen - Recognition and advertisement displayed on a rotating slideshow throughout the event
GOLD SPONSOR ($500-$999)
- All benefits included in Silver Sponsorship
- Full screen recognition or advertisement displayed on a rotating slideshow throughout the event
PLATINUM SPONSOR (>$1000)
- All the benefits included in Gold Sponsorship
- Up to 5 event tickets and a reserved table for 5 at the event with a bottle of champagne or wine
- Platinum sponsors will be designated as Underwriters of the event in displays
What is done with item donations?
Your donation will go toward Northwoods Annual Fundraiser event and be used as part of our Silent Auction or Live Auction events, and sometimes as prizes for other games. The schools’ families and extended community have an opportunity to bid on these items, with all the proceeds going towards the school.
We are also happy to promote your product or business during the event by displaying a page of provided information and business cards, as well as anything else to showcase the item.
